The first convention I ever attended was Planet Comicon 2005. I had heard that Peter Mayhew and Jeremy Bulloch were going to be guests. Being the huge nerd I am, I arranged for my boss (the only person who can beat me in Star Wars trivia) and I to have off so we could go meet these iconic characters. I will always remember shaking the hand of Chewie, and him being coy about giving away spoilers. Since then I have attended various other small cons and even made the trip to San Diego last year for SDCC. –Kristopher Heid
